Coconut nectar is the liquid sap collected from the coconut blossom, we have reduced the liquid and voila thats it, the blossom nectar goes straight into a jar. This boasts traditional harvesting and no processing making it truly natural.

Compared to other sweeteners coconut nectar is a low GI (35) so it wont send you on blood sugar spikes. It has a lovely unique sweet flavour, and quite a thick consistency.
